The USER FRIENDLY picaBot!

Today we have Dr. Rahimah Puteh from Melaka reported that she 'operated' my bro cos' it make noise when working.

All by herself, she managed to cleaned the turbine fan and voila, it works well again.

As she put it," Malaysian ladies boleh lah!". Hmm, I wonder if she had used her operating tools or what ;P

Great News - New Stock Arrived

Great News to all my potential and existing owners...

New Stock Just Arrived...

Come to visit us in Mayban TreatsFair today till Sun 26 Jul 09

Mid Valley Hall 2 Booth No 4...

Special Price and Free Gift for my new owners...

1st day in MAYBANK TREATSFAIR

Another hectic day at the Maybank Treats Fair in Mid Valley Exhibition Center.

INterestingly, we are just 2 booths away from iRobot, our friend cum friendly competitor. Customers who like quick comparison just dash across 1 booth in between us. So sights of the same group of people criss-crossing between the 2 booths are quite common. Kinda interesting.

OUr promoters just help the customers to analyse the differences between the 2 American robots (both assembled in China though) are highly appreciated.

Our guys received numerous praises for playing their part well (friendly, consultative, truthful and not pushy) including analysing the China robot (produced by a company in China) which are understandingly 'cheaper'. Kanbadae guys!!!

Btw, we are making arrangement to deliver (FOC) newly ordered and paid picaBot to new owners by end of next week. Yes, you guess it right! All stock was sold out today.

Words simply can't express our gratitute towards soooo many very supportive Pican (picaBot user). Many came back to buy more and even bring along their friends and relatives to buy "me".

MORE are sure to come in the next few days.

p.s. ONE friendly advice; never give up on my bro and sis (picaBot) in case you don't find them useful. Call (03-7805 1866) and talk to our very helpful assistants and they will guide you to use them to the best of their ability.

I am travelling to UK...

Today, we have the honor of Puan Sri Lee visiting our showroom this afternoon. She read about me in the newspaper and had proposed to get one for her son who’s working in UK - one of the most eligible bachelors ;-)

He indeed likes the idea of having me taking care of the floor cleaning in his house.

Now I’m in Puan Sri’s house preparing to travel to UK with her next month. I can’t wait to see the Queen, Big-Ben, Tower Bridge and...and…and… , I’m so excited!

BIG thank you to ALL HOMEDEC VISITORS

My promoters talking non-stop to unstoppable stream of visitors making my show a great success..

Telling prospective and new owners as much as they can and know from their knowledge about the market, strengths, limitation and how best to make the most use of me.

A new found friend in the expo brought up the term ‘expectation management’. That is, telling the truth about me so that new owners would not feel disappointed of what I can’t do like reaching sharp corner (no robot does that yet), climbing stair case (unless you get an ASIMO to carry me).

We treat everyone we met as my ambassadors, therefore the promoters tried their best to explain and answer to every query the visitors have. Still, there are rooms for improvement.

Help me with your suggestions if you have any.
